What might an enduring experience of complete wholeness and eternal peace be like? How might direct oneness with the Source of all that exists be experienced? Here, we will try to offer at least a faint sense of such a state of consciousness through words, if that is possible at all.
I should note that I am trying to approach this text with as much humility as possible, with no intention of presenting my description as the final truth. I have not experienced ultimate enlightenment, and I do not claim to know with certainty what Heaven is like or how it is experienced.
What follows is my best approximation, shaped by teachings that resonate with me and by my own inner reflection. I am trying to glimpse the experience of complete wholeness, aware that reality itself surely surpasses every image and every word I use here.
In this text, I will use the terms Heaven, God, Child of God, Father, Creator, Source, Divine Oneness, Spirit, and Creation. A reader who does not feel close to religious language may understand them as true reality, complete wholeness, the ultimate ground, shared consciousness, the primordial Source, the creative principle, the origin of consciousness, complete connectedness, pure consciousness, and the expression of life. The terms Divine Light, Home, Truth, Knowledge, Love, Peace, Joy, Life, Will, holiness, sin, forgiveness, eternity, and the eternal Now may be read as complete clarity, original wholeness, immediate reality, inner knowing, unconditional connectedness, profound serenity, the fullness of life, pure existence, inner direction, innate worth, inner division, release from judgment, timeless presence, and complete presence.
One more thing: this text should in no way be read as a recommendation to end one's physical life, because such an act would, in my deepest conviction, carry a person far away from the experience of Heaven and from the purpose of their earthly journey. I believe Heaven can be experienced even during physical existence, through sustained Inner Work and complete devotion to God.
Heaven
Heaven, True Reality, or the state of Divine Oneness, is a state of perfect wholeness. In it, we, as God's Children, abide forever in Love and Peace, completely united with our Source, without a single inner shadow that could obscure this direct Knowledge.
Space and time belong to the experience of the world. The same is true of the idea that Heaven can be reached only after death. True Heaven, the Pleroma, or the state of oneness with God is, in fact, the eternal state of complete reality in which the Child of God directly knows their oneness with the Father.
In Heaven, the dream of separation is over. With it, the body and perception recede, together with the idea of a private, separate consciousness. What remains is pure Knowledge and perfect Love, united in communion without limits.
In that state, there is no inner fissure through which doubt could arise. Consciousness rests in absolute Truth and complete harmony with the Creator. Every boundary that once divided experience into inner and outer has vanished together with the division from which it arose.
Words arise in the world of a divided mind. They can therefore only point the way. When I approach this state from a direct inner perspective, the experience of Heaven unfolds as follows.
Awakening to what has always been
Suddenly I know: I have always been safe.
Everything I once called my life takes on the weightlessness of a dream just ended. My birth and my name remained within it, while the body carried its own story. Successes and losses no longer define who I am. The relationships I cherished and the fears I carried become scenes that never truly touched my real Being. The same is true of all the quests that led me through years of seemingly linear time, which I now know is not only nonlinear but nonexistent.
I find myself in a state of complete bliss and undisturbed joy.
The dream has lost its weight. I observe it calmly and clearly, as I once observed the images of the night after waking, images that only a moment earlier had seemed real. Now I know that nothing happened to my true Being.
This certainty arises directly, before any conclusion. It is quiet and complete.
I never left God. His Love was never threatened, and my holiness remained unchanged.
The guilt I felt has dissolved; the imagined foundation on which it rested has disappeared. What I experienced as sin is now revealed as a mistaken idea of divided consciousness, serious within the dream yet entirely powerless before Truth. My true Being remained pure and whole. No dream could have harmed it.
Awakening brings a simple realization: everything real has always been safe in God.
Unbroken awareness of Truth
My awareness of Truth is constant. It is the natural state of Being.
Forgetfulness has completed its role. All wavering has come to rest, and the sense of distance from God has lost its foundation. Direct Knowledge of oneness with the Father permeates all that I am.
I, the Child of God, abide in Truth and know it as my Self. It is my Life, immediate and eternal.
Every moment of eternity is illumined by the same Knowledge. My consciousness rests in what God knows, with no need to return to it or affirm it anew. I recognize Truth as the very substance of Being, permanently present in all that I am.
I am fully awake, and my attention no longer wanders.
I know who I am. I know my Source.
And I know that I have always been in Him and will remain in Him forever.
Complete safety
Here, safety means the direct knowledge that only Good exists.
The future no longer carries even a trace of threat. Everything that could have appeared and endangered me belonged to the dream from which I awoke. Death has lost its power. The fear of loss has also been extinguished. A wrong choice and its consequences have forever lost the power to separate me from peace.
I no longer need protection. Every form of control has also become unnecessary.
I do not seek in advance an answer to what is coming, because I exist in God's unchanging safety. It fills my Being and reveals itself as its true nature. In this safety, there is no need to monitor life from moment to moment, since nothing real can be lost.
Everything God created remains forever as He created it. His Child therefore rests in an invulnerability that does not depend on circumstances.
Everything real remains within me.
God's Love is the eternal fact of my existence.
Oneness with the Father
I experience God as my immediate Being and as the eternal Source from which everything proceeds. I am one with Him, and yet I still Am. This is true, genuine, ineffable bliss, eternal and undisturbed.
Distance has dissolved. Between the Father and me there is no space to cross. Our Will is one.
His Joy lives as my joy, and His Peace as the very foundation of my Being. His Love flows through me and eternally extends all that He is.
The phrase ‘I love God’ unfolds in Heaven as the direct experience of Love knowing itself, as the true and natural state of Being. The Father and the Child of God meet in this indivisible oneness, so intimate that all talk of distance loses meaning.
I have always been perfectly close to the Father. His vision of me has remained pure, because His Love knows me as it created me.
The Father is the Source, and the Child of God is His eternal extension. We share one Life and one Joy. This oneness is the recognition of a wholeness that has never ceased to exist.
The disappearance of separate identity
The private center of consciousness, with its closed story and its need to call everything its own, has completely dissolved.
My true individuality is revealed as unlimited Being, sharing one Life with all Creation. What I called ‘I’ expands until boundaries lose all meaning. I am still here, and at the same time I am one with God.
Every being I once regarded as other I recognize as my Self. Minds are revealed as one Mind, forever whole, in which no thought can be truly private or separated from the shared Life, nor could there be any need for such separation.
The thoughts of others are no longer distant; indeed, they are also my own thoughts. Understanding another becomes direct self-recognition. Loneliness has simply vanished. Belonging is complete, because every part lives in the Whole and the Whole gives itself fully to each of its expressions.
My worth is infinite. God's worth lives in me, just as it does in every expression of the Child of God.
Everything God has given me remains preserved in oneness. Every expression of His Love carries its full power.
Undivided love
Love in Heaven fills all reality. It transcends a passing feeling and attachment to a particular object, and its nature depends on neither intensity nor duration. Quite simply, Love is existence itself, infinite and wondrous.
I love every being through direct recognition of its divine essence. Closeness does not determine the measure of that Love, and neither merit nor behavior increases or diminishes it.
Special love, the love I sometimes experienced during the dream only toward certain beings, has opened and blossomed into all-embracing Love. Everyone is welcomed into my Being completely and joyfully.
Giving and receiving are now one act. What I give remains whole within me and expands at the same time, like light that illuminates another being without becoming weaker. Fullness increases through giving, without loss.
Love knows only this: ‘You are I.’ Or: ‘I am You.’
The Father loves His Child with complete Love. The Child of God receives this gift and extends it forever. In this communion, belonging is complete. Longing has come to rest in its Source, and every Being rests in God.
Peace that embraces all
Peace is living and complete. Its nature is eternal.
It is the original stillness of Being. Within it is a rest sustained by no effort, and a serenity that nothing external can disturb. This peace expands consciousness and makes it fully awake, open to all Life.
Fear has lost every foothold. The shadows of the past have no power, and vigilance has been transformed into complete trust.
I know the permanence of peace directly. Peace is my natural state. I am that Peace. Its stillness is full of life. I experience it as a wakeful, infinite fullness in which every thought rests in God. Everything is embraced and safe.
All Creation rests in a stillness filled with Life.
The joy of existence itself
Joy springs from Being itself. Its fullness is eternal. It has neither beginning nor end, because it is completely fulfilled in every moment.
In the world, I associated joy with excitement or relief. At times it appeared briefly when a desire was fulfilled. Laughter expressed it, while sorrow seemed its opposite. Here, both experiences come to rest in boundless bliss, because every desire finds its original peace in God.
Everything within me knows: ‘God is, and I am in Him.’
That Knowledge is Joy.
It extends through all Creation. Every Being shares in the same eternal happiness and receives God's Joy in full.
The eternal Now
This state transcends any duration. Long and short belong to time, while in Heaven there is only the eternal Now, without beginning or end.
Yesterday has lost its meaning; tomorrow is no longer awaited. The flow of time has vanished.
Eternity is complete presence in which everything God gives exists in its entirety. Nothing approaches its fulfillment through time, because fullness is already present. Everything is now, and everything is forever.
In that Now, fulfillment does not pass through stages. The fullness of God is present all at once, now, without waiting. The eternal Now embraces everything.
Is this not the most beautiful, ultimate ‘happy ending,’ one that was never really an ending, but has always been here?
Perfect stillness
Heaven rests in perfect stillness, yet it is filled with infinite creative vitality.
Everything is complete, so there is no distant goal toward which Being must move. Change has fulfilled its purpose.
This stillness is the stability of complete presence. Nothing disappears from it, and nothing arrives late. Everything remains present. Everything remains whole. The entire fullness of God lives in the eternal Now.
The lack that once drove the search has completely dissolved. Every expression of Creation rests in its perfect place in God.
Pure knowledge and Divine Light
My perception has now receded before pure Knowledge.
Knowledge is direct awareness of Truth. Assumption and uncertainty have withdrawn from experience. Interpretation no longer has a task, and inference ends when everything is known without an intermediary. There is no information, only infinite Knowledge.
I know.
Truth and my Being are one. The answer does not come from outside, because it lives within me as what I am.
God knows Himself through His Child. At the same time, the Child of God knows itself in God.
Divine Light fills existence as the clarity of Knowledge itself. Bodily eyes have never seen such Light. It is the radiance of God's Being, eternally illuminating His Child. In it, everything is made clear at once.
Understanding is immediate, and Knowledge is whole.
The Father and God's Children know one another in complete openness. Their intimacy has no limit. All Being shines with the same Divine Light.
Formless reality
My consciousness abides at the level of pure Spirit.
Physical form has completed its role. The body no longer mediates between consciousness and the world, so Being is known directly, without senses that would translate its infinity into limited images.
Presence has no form; intimacy requires no space. Communication takes place without words, and communion without bodies. Such formlessness, in fact, brings complete freedom from limitation. Spirit has neither size nor position, and no boundaries of any kind. It is pure and unlimited, and Its nature is eternal.
Everything that exists shares this same spiritual nature.
Creation as eternal extension
Heaven is a living and creative state.
God eternally extends Himself through Creation. The Child of God shares the Father's nature, and therefore also creates. This Creation transcends every form.
Divine Love extends Itself, and each of Its expressions remains in perfect oneness with the Source. The new is born from fullness, without separation and without any need to take the place of something that existed before. We may imagine it as infinite giving that remains entirely within the Giver.
Every act of Creation extends fullness beyond the idea of quantity. Perfection gives itself without diminishment.
In this way, the Child of God gives fully, having received everything from the Father, Who eternally gives Himself to His Child. The Child receives His fullness and extends the same gift.
Thus, creation occurs through the complete oneness of giving and receiving. It is an eternal act of Love, marked by joy and inexhaustible power. Through it, God's Being extends infinitely.
The complete return Home
Heaven is the experience of a complete return Home.
This return is our awakening to the knowledge that Home has always been here, present. The Child of God recognizes that it is eternally safe and unchanging in holiness. In the same instant, the Child knows that its place in the Father was never lost. Is that not the most beautiful, wonderful news?
Everything that seemed distant is now forever near. Longing has ceased in belonging. The search has ended in direct Knowledge: ‘I am at Home in God, and God is forever within me.’
The return Home carries a deep recognition of something long familiar to me: I am fully where I have always belonged. Home knows me and receives me without reservation. Home is my true Being.
In that oneness, all Creation is present as one indivisible fullness.
Relationship to the world
When Heaven is fully accepted, the dream world fulfills its purpose and grows still.
Yet while my inner healing continues, the world serves as a classroom. Every relationship becomes an opportunity for awakening and forgiveness. Through it, I renew the experience of wholeness.
It becomes completely clear to me that the world is a mirror of the inner state. Every strong reaction shows me where division is still alive and which part of consciousness is seeking understanding. When I accept it without judgment and restore its place within me, the experience of wholeness deepens.
After the final awakening, learning is complete.
I look upon the world with complete peace and feel all-embracing, unconditional Love for every being. I feel it toward my former ‘enemies’ (who, of course, were never truly enemies), toward my closest family, and toward all other beings. They are all my brothers and sisters, whom I love equally and infinitely.
And in eternity, everyone is already awake. We, as the one Child of God in our wholeness, are already at home, in our true Home. Wonderful!
The time in which someone seemed to wander has lost its power. The final tear disappears in the recognition that true Being has always been whole.
Everything is forever embraced by God's Love.
How I experience myself
If, from that state, I tried to say who I am, the words would come slowly, like echoes of the same Knowledge.
Here is one humble attempt: I am a Thought of Love in the Mind of God.
I know that I am completely loved, because I was created from Love. I am safe, because I remain forever in my Source.
God's holiness is my inheritance. Every Child of God shares the same Life with me.
My Being is eternal and whole. Change does not touch it.
The Father and I share one Mind. His Will lives in me, and His Joy fills my eternal Life.
All that He is, He has given me. All that I am remains forever in Him.
His Love is my nature.
His Peace is my state.
I am at Home. I am whole.
I am forever one with God.
I have always been and will forever be Happy.
The connection with inner work
I would add this: from our limited perspective, this description speaks of the ultimate horizon of wholeness. Yet daily inner work takes place here, in the midst of immediate experience, in this illusory world.
Our thoughts and emotions show us where our consciousness is still divided. The body conveys what words often fail to express, and our relationships reveal wounds and rejected parts that seek healing. Let us observe this and work with it. The circumstances of life give this work concrete form and keep it from remaining merely a beautiful idea.
Every moment of true love and presence here and now is a small return Home.
Complete acceptance heals inner division. Sincere forgiveness opens space for Love.
Whenever a separate part of the personality is reintegrated into our being, the experience of wholeness becomes more immediate.
Through this work, Heaven becomes an inner direction for our lives and guides the way we see ourselves and other people. Our relationship with the world we move through also changes, because every situation can show us how ready we are to choose peace.
Thus, there are three important aspects of our being, already present within us.
Reintegration: When we accept a rejected part of ourselves, we draw closer to wholeness.
Forgiveness: When we release judgment, peace returns.
Love: In another, we recognize our shared Being, and the experience of oneness opens for all of us. When the heart opens completely, Love remembers Itself.
Love has always been everything
The deepest quality of Heaven is the complete end of inner resistance. Everything is in its place. Wholeness permeates all Being, and every expression of Creation gives itself in full.
Eternity is fully present. The voices of resistance have dissolved into one Will. God's Will fills reality. Everything is whole and peaceful.
Everything is illuminated. Everything is united.
The entire experience rests in one quiet realization: Love has always been everything.
Everything else was a dream of the impossible, the nonexistent. The dream is over.
What remains is what has always existed: the Father and God's Children, united in the eternal extension of perfect Love.
When I remember that I am at Home
In Heaven, I abide as an infinitely joyful being who has finally remembered who I am and who rests in lasting, complete bliss. Every boundary that once constrained me has dissolved in infinite intimacy with the Source, and a quiet assurance flows through me that I have always been loved and am forever safe.
Here, time does not exist. Everything abides in the living Now, fully present and illuminated by Knowledge that requires no proof. I recognize every being as part of the same holy Life; I feel their joy as my own and their worth as something that could never have been lost.
Love extends effortlessly, like light that does not choose what it will touch.
Peace is deep, wondrous, and filled with creative power.
All existence breathes as one Being, and within that indivisible fullness I know that I am at Home, always and forever. God is in me, I am in God, and everything that exists rests in the same eternal Love. Complete and ultimate Happiness.
Had I known this infinite joy while I was in the dream that has now ended, I would have devoted my whole being, all my strength, and all my words, thoughts, and actions to one true goal: the return to God, my own return and that of my brothers and sisters to our beloved Father, Who never condemns us and loves us infinitely and unconditionally. Nothing else would have mattered in the least. And yet our dream was never real.
