Five Postulates of the Reintegration System

Five principles connecting inner work, psychology, interconnectedness, polarity, and the holographic view of reality.

Five Postulates of the Reintegration System

The Reintegration System rests on five central postulates:

1

An underlying, supremely perfect reality exists beyond time and space, while remaining subtly present in every phenomenon.

Practical implication: Divine presence can transform every experience in the most beneficial way.

This postulate has a parallel in David Bohm’s concept of implicate order. Bohm proposed an underlying order from which observable reality, or explicate order, unfolds. Within the Reintegration System, this principle informs Gentle Touch of Presence, healing practices, meditation, and mindfulness.

2

Everything is interconnected. The apparent separation of entities is an illusion.

Practical implication: The observer and the observed experience are inseparable.

Quantum entanglement, sometimes described as “spooky action at a distance,” offers a scientific analogy for deep interconnectedness at the level of particles. This principle is used throughout the basic Reintegration techniques, especially Dissolving the Temporary I.

3

Our external world mirrors our inner being.

Practical implication: Each person carries full responsibility for the way they meet and shape their own life.

The holographic principle is a well-known idea in theoretical physics and cosmology. Here it serves as an analogy for the relationship between inner patterns and experienced reality.

4

Every apparently negative structure has a genuinely positive origin and purpose.

Practical implication: Meet perceived negativity with awareness, acceptance, and transformation so that it can be reintegrated.

This principle has roots in contemporary psychological approaches that treat difficult subconscious structures as protective adaptations. Their original purpose can be understood, updated, and integrated.

This is a world of polarities. Every imperfect state has a corresponding, equally imperfect opposite.

Practical implication: Work with a difficult state together with its opposite or complementary state.

Complementary pairs appear throughout science and life. Physics describes particles and antiparticles, while biology and psychology reveal many paired and complementary processes. This principle is central to the Inner Triangle technique.
