How to achieve goals without negative consequences
There are many people who achieved important goals in their lives, but hardly any of them seemed any happier for it. Even worse, some complained that other areas of their lives had suffered along the way. But why? The reason is simple: they didn’t change the framework components of their personality—beliefs, decisions, and other subconscious structures that are typically negatively-oriented. Those basic structures had been triggered by the fulfillment of the goal, and were subsequently creating mess in people’s lives.
If you want to achieve a goal without such negative consequences, the main elements of your personality have to be mutually harmonized and attuned to that goal as well.
Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you practice clearing and integrating the most limiting parts of your personality first (as described in the free book "Deep Personal Transformation"), and only then do any serious work on your goals.
Also, if you learn to live in Presence, here and now, your life will spontaneously become more and more joyful. You will achieve many of your present or previous goals and desires without any effort, often in completely unexpected ways.
Eckhart Tolle beautifully explains that: “To offer no resistance to life is to be in a state of grace, ease, and lightness. This state is then no longer dependent upon things being in a certain way, good or bad. It seems almost paradoxical, yet when your inner dependency on form is gone, the general conditions of your life, the outer forms, tend to improve greatly. Things, people, or conditions that you thought you needed for your happiness now come to you with no struggle or effort on your part, and you are free to enjoy and appreciate them—while they last. All those things, of course, will still pass away, cycles will come and go, but with dependency gone there is no fear of loss anymore. Life flows with ease.”
Therefore, the best way for you to live a joyful life is often not to fulfill your goal, but merely to learn how to live in the Now. This word “merely” is different than “easily,” though. To those of us who live in a modern, busy society full of turmoil and stress, it can be very challenging to attain a permanent state of living in the Now.
However, it is still good to have several big goals, because it will give you an overall direction and purpose of life. To achieve goals, you have to ensure that these goals are attained in a safe, sustainable and comprehensive manner, and in a way that will prevent most of the possible negative side-effects.
Through the goal achievement processes of the Reintegration System, you will not only achieve your goals, you will reintegrate many parts of your personality and improve the quality of your whole life.
The system offers two main methods for achieving goals:
The Comprehensive Goal Achievement Process (as described in "Coherence") is a really broad and thorough method. It allows you to avoid most of the possible pitfalls of “usual” goal achievement work because it leads you through the process of wide-ranging integration of your personality. It is also a deeply spiritual process, that will harmonize all the main elements of your psyche, and radically speed up your spiritual development.
If you complete the whole CGAP, you simply cannot fail. You will surely attain your goal, without any side-effects. More importantly, you will make a huge step in your inner transformation work in general. Your life will be improved in numerous unexpected ways.

The Determination Technique (you have free access to it on this website) is one of the “usual” approaches, and is best for those who are short on time for inner work but desperately need to accomplish some goals. Yet, after you achieve the goal through this technique, you should do a systematic integration of the most limiting element of your personality in order to avoid any unexpected problems in other areas of your life.
