“It is far better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.” – W. L. Watkinson, “The Invincible Strategy” sermon
Many of us are longing for a change. Some want to find a deeper meaning to life, or an ultimate spiritual solution. Others are eager to solve their longer-lasting problems, whether they are related to health, relationships, job, psychological issues or something else. Many people have a burning desire to achieve some important goal or simply to fulfill a dream…
Yes, we can do all of this and we can definitely bring a permanent change to our lives. This lasting change can essentially be achieved in two ways: through suffering or through wisdom. Either we painfully push forward through any obstacle or disappointment, learning our lessons the hard way and emerging from the experience more mature, or we choose a path of love, consciousness and wisdom, which also makes us mature, but in a far more enjoyable and effective manner. This book is all about learning the second, superior way.
This is not a fairy tale or some “New Age” promise. On the contrary, we are lucky to have an undeniable opportunity to truly transform our reality… and the result only depends on us.
What makes me so certain of this? Because life has proven it to me over and over again. Every time I decided to change something about myself in a positive way, my life circumstances improved in a very similar manner. And many times I unwittingly changed my thoughts, emotions or other aspects of myself in a damaging way, and—albeit in a very blurred or warped fashion—my life relentlessly followed suit.
I’ve also seen the same phenomenon countless times with other people. The only real difference is that it’s much easier to see the mistakes and flaws of other people than your own. It’s always easier to tell somebody “you’re wrong!” than to see that it was actually your own fault.
Now, there were some occasions in which other people were indeed making mistakes, yes. But in the end, my life has definitely shown me that many times those people were only responding to projections of my own hidden personal traits, suppressed emotions, false beliefs, and so on. Those traits and other unseen parts of me had been screaming: “Hey, I’m here; please look at me; I’m part of you!”
Luckily, I’ve seen some of “them,” and they were mine, indeed. I truly believe that every single person, every single event, problem, experience, whether positive or negative, each had its origin within me.
The world around us is a strange but relentless mirror.
Of course, I’m not implying that you or any other person is not real, or that everyone is just a reflection from my mirror. You are as real as me, dear friend, as any other human being around us, as any other animal or thing. But I’m involved in your individual, unique universe the same way you are involved in mine. Any person or thing of significance to you unconsciously plays a role in mirroring your own internal universe, just as you do theirs. We are all undeniably interconnected.
Many modern scientific discoveries have shown how deeply interconnected we are, in the fields of neuroscience, psychology, or quantum physics, for example. I don’t intend to delve too deep into physics here, of course, but it is worth mentioning that some theories and practical experiments within quantum physics have exemplified just how crucial the role of a conscious observer is within the world of quantum occurrences. The best example is the famous “Double-slit experiment.”
In short, the experiment involved shooting quantum particles through a couple of narrow slits, then examining where they hit the wall on the other side. It was revealed that the particles, when not being watched by any human eye, formed an ‘interference pattern’ on the wall, just like a wave would do. But when scientists watched the process, the particles’ trajectory changed and instead formed clumps on the wall, just like a particle would do.
The quantum particles changed their behavior depending on the existence of an observer. We could reformulate this conclusion at the most basic level: consciousness somehow subtly influences matter.
Alternatively, there is the “Quantum Entanglement” phenomenon, said by Albert Einstein to be a kind of “spooky action at a distance”, which marked the first real proof of the inherent interconnected properties of subatomic particles. The experimental data involved separating two photons from one another—both of which came from the same parent group of particles, originally—and stimulating only one of them to watch what reaction came from the other. Surprisingly, the unstimulated photon would mimic the actions of its partner, maintaining an identical quantum state... as though they’d never been separated at all.
For example, if one photon was influenced by a measurement and forced to change its quantum state (i.e. spin), the other photon would simultaneously change its spin the same way, no matter their distance, regardless of speed of light limitations. And that’s said to be the case with all other quantum systems.
So, what does that suggest for all of us, considering that all particles in this universe were originally part of the same “one system” starting with the Big Bang? The majority of the particles were separated and may have since lost their mutual entanglement, yes, but the notion still exists that virtually everything may still be profoundly linked. Could that not prove that we all are, too?
Much more on all of this exists on the internet waiting to be read, but whether you are a believer or non-believer in those types of things, I’m still going to present to you unique, practical material on how to radically improve your life in all aspects. I call this tool the “Reintegration System”, and it’s a set of mind-training techniques that will enable you to find your inner peace and spiritual freedom, completely solve your chronic problems, drastically relieve stress, heal yourself and others, profoundly improve your relationships, and safely and permanently achieve goals.
All this is possible only if you willingly transform your own personality, which is the source of your outer experience.
I, for instance, tried for many years to permanently improve my life with every mind technique or teaching I could get my hands onto. There were some stand out classes that helped me, but as a whole my results were often short-lived. It seemed every time some progress had been made, I experienced a strong setback and immediately regressed, in an annoying, recurring pattern.
Several years ago I firmly decided to change that. I decided upon an iron will, committing completely to transforming myself. Thanks to that, I slowly began to develop true positive habits. First, I established an everyday meditative practice and worked it into my routine. Despite some health-related hindrances, I established a daily sitting schedule, and decisively continued with the practice, cautiously extending it over time.
Now, after two years of persistent work on meditation and mindfulness, my flow of creativity continues to rise more and more. Ideas for new techniques and bold approaches have blossomed in my mind. Whereas in the beginning I was focused solely on successfully applying the new ideas to myself, I now have a circle of friends that use them too. They seek to solve their own problems and actively achieve their goals, using the newly formed system and aiding with its more extensive development and testing.
I can really say that all techniques found in this book have been tested many times, successfully. Included are numerous examples from real life. This system is like a living organism, developing and growing, always allowing space for personalized improvements.
Finally, I decided to write a book with the intention of helping people around the globe. My friends and I can attest that this book is a stockpile of invaluable mind techniques, that persistently change people’s lives. I hope it will give some notable contribution to human development after all.
This volume is a practical guide, filled with many accounts from life, which is important for better understanding of the system and easier application of presented methods. I try to avoid theorizing unless necessary for better explaining the background of techniques.
When it comes to the descriptions of techniques, exercises or instructions, you’ll find a lot of illustrations in this book. From my experience, lack of pictures and illustrations sometimes poses a challenge for people that are more visually inclined to grasp the material. The same implications could stem from lack of other modes of content: auditory, kinesthetic, etc. Please feel free to modify the instructions into whichever learning mode or shape is most natural to you. For example, you could either “look” from your heart or “listen” or “feel” from it, or any other formulation, as long as it suits your natural inclinations and preserves the overall spirit of an instruction.
The book covers all main areas of human psychic and spiritual development.
After explaining the core concepts of the Reintegration System, in the first part of this book you will find descriptions of five simple techniques that are essential for all other elements of the system. The techniques are “Dissolving the Temporary I”, “Moving to the Heart”, “Dissolving the Temporary I plus”, “Gentle Touch of Presence” and “Freshness and Acceptance.”
You are free to perform these procedures in your everyday life as many times as you want. They are each invaluable on their own and you will surely achieve many great improvements as you practice them. As far as I know, they are quite unique and I don’t think that you would succeed in finding anything similar to them on the internet. Most specifically, “Dissolving the Temporary I”, “Moving to the Heart” and “Dissolving the Temporary I plus.” They will enable you to quickly and efficiently remove any negative thoughts, emotions or sensations, allowing the creation of your desired, positive state of mind.
The other two basic techniques, “Gentle Touch of Presence” and “Freshness and Acceptance”, are a refinement of pre-existing ideas and teachings, but they will be essential for some areas of your practice. They are precious and extremely convenient tools in any situation as well.
After the basic techniques, you will find some auxiliary procedures that will be helpful in your practice, but not as essential as the above mentioned – “Relaxation” and “Manual Muscle Testing”. The “Relaxation”, although a well-known and very common technique in many areas of human inner development, in this book is actually enriched with some applications of basic Reintegration techniques. The “Manual Muscle Testing” is widely practiced in applied kinesiology, a part of alternative medicine. Although its practical results are not scientifically confirmed, I really find it helpful in some areas of life and especially of this system so I deemed it worth including it in this book as well.
If you decide to practice the whole Reintegration System and completely transform your life, you will have to learn some of these main Reintegration techniques: “Inner Triangle”, “Simplified Inner Triangle”, “Single Chain”, “Double Chain” and “Convergence Procedure.” They are comprehensive and elegant methods with which you will be smoothly solving any problem in your life, as well as various negative states of mind, like depression, fear, anger, negative beliefs, and so forth.
All of these techniques, I would boldly say, are revolutionary in the field. They are more than simple, basic techniques, and if you learn and practice them, you will surely find them to be extremely effective and comprehensive. After having absorbed the main techniques, you will be ready for the more serious work on your personal transformation, presented in Part III.
The concept of personal transformation presented in this book stems from a holographic point of view of the universe and, within that, of our individual reality. In line with that, the famous phrase “change yourself and your reality changes” certainly applies here.
In the third part you will find not only information on most important elements of human psyche, you will learn concrete ways to overcome, transform, remove or integrate them. In other words, you will learn how to re-integrate them, since the idea here is that every part of the human personality did initially have a positive, constructive role in our life.
As a part of personal transformation, meditation is priceless and an irreplaceable part of one’s spiritual and personal development. I will provide some well-known guidance on meditation sittings and keeping your awareness sharp in everyday life, like mindfulness in various situations. There are also instructions and practical advice about some new approaches and important insights related to this field.
The section about healing, while not minimizing mainstream medical advice or treatment, will give you additional knowledge, both for you and others, on how to stay healthy or recover from an illness. When paired with existing methods of medical treatment, the practices and procedures presented in this book could initiate real miracles.
Moreover, there is a section dedicated to moral behavior and why it is so important for your own development.
Once you make some advances in reintegration work on your personality, you’ll be ready for the techniques presented in the fourth part: fulfilling your dreams. It’s an attractive, thrilling, but very delicate issue all at the same time. It isn’t so much about the actual process of achieving your goals—there are many methods for that out there already—as it is about how you feel when you get there. The problem I’ve come across is this: I’ve met many people who achieved important goals in their lives, but hardly any of them seemed any happier for it. Even worse, some complained that other areas of their lives had suffered along the way. But why? The reason is simple: they didn’t change the framework components of their personality – beliefs, decisions, and other subconscious structures that are typically negatively-oriented. Those basic structures had been triggered by the fulfillment of the goal, and were subsequently creating mess in people’s lives.
Soon, you’ll learn how to deal with all of this successfully. You will be armed with the needed tools to safely achieve your goals, while comprehensively improving all other areas of your life. But, if you insist on a faster method for attaining your objectives, I must caution you to change or remove any negative framework from your inner structures, prior to beginning that sort of speedy work.
After just the basic techniques alone, you will be able to solve problems, improve relationships, enjoy regular meditation, practice mindfulness, properly heal, and even do some reintegration work. Then, when you add the Inner Triangle technique and the Convergence Procedure, you will be able to exploit the full potential of the Reintegration System. With your new skillset, the possibilities are boundless.
Indeed, there is no limit to your life. It depends only on you. You will get the required methods and information, but ultimately, you will be the one who takes the action.
