Broken families, lead to a broken system and a broken world. With one-third of the American teenagers threatening to kill someone and one out of every 200 girls (aged 13 to 19) cutting themselves, estranged children have become the mark of the evil.  
The family is the first stage to rehearse for life. If familial bonds lack love, trust, respect, care and support, children turn their life into a game of vengeance to gain love, trust, respect, care and support from around.
 
Where do you each stand in each other’s hearts and eyes?How does your family interact with each other? Do you spend quality time with each other, is do you talk in the Morse code?

To alleviate the distress and frictional aura between family members, the first step is to sit together and share silence with each other.

If you find it difficult to talk, write down the happiest and the saddest memories you have of each other. Now, share these memories with each other.

The goal is to reconnect with your family to identify the uniquely common grounds you hold with one another. If you feel awkward about talking to each other, availing the help of a counselor as your third party will help you get started.

As the natural tendency to leave things to resolve on its own is renowned for being a sedentary feeling among broken families, you must row against the flow to heal your ruptured family to become one again.

Symptoms of Broken bonds are not easy to miss or ignore. Behavioral issues like shouting, anti-social remarks, violence and lack of interaction with each other are the direct effects of estrangement amidst family members.
