There are many situations where you are trying to relax, meditate, of focus on a serious task, but fail to even begin with it, due to numerous distracting thoughts usually mixed up with unpleasant emotions. If you find yourself in this state of mind, struck by a continuous avalanche of thoughts and emotions, you can apply this simple method: pick up only one physical sensation that you are sensing at that moment, and concentrate on it. You will calm down immediately.
Usually, only 10 to 20 seconds of such focused attention will be enough to calm your mind and relax your body. Pick up only one physical sensation that you are sensing at that moment, and concentrate on it. You will calm down immediately.
Now let us pass through an example of a real situation.
So, you are thinking now about some problem. Various thoughts are coming and going, grasping your whole attention, engaging and even possessing your whole being, moment after moment. You have identified with those thoughts and emotions completely and have forgotten of all else around yourself. It lasts for minutes, perhaps even for hours. Being overwhelmed with the problem, you can’t relax, can’t get enough rest and sleep. Simply put, you are unaware of your unawareness. Suddenly, you are finally becoming aware that you are thinking too much, out of balance, out of here and now. You are seizing that moment immediately and deciding to calm down and become mindful. It is not a problem because you have this effective technique at your disposal.

Imagine trying to live without air. Now imagine something worse. ― Amy Reed, Clean
Almost all of us have one or more friends who have suffered from addictions. Whether it be drugs, alcohol, or something else, those are often very sad stories full of extreme hardships and adversities, not only for those who are direct victims of the addiction but to their whole families and friends.
What can we do about it? Apparently, as individuals, we cannot do much, but every honest contribution to this battle is still extremely valuable when we consider the harshness of the consequences of these behaviors. However, the joint approach is vital in this field. We must unite our efforts if we really want to make a change on the global level. But what are we fighting against? What or who are our enemies? Can we fight them outwardly or is that an inner battle? What are our goals in that battle, and do we have the tools for achieving them? And finally, should we talk about fighting or inner transformation? What is an Addiction? First, we have to be clear what is an addiction per se. We can define it as a compulsive behavior which is expressed through seeking and using various substances or engaging in various activities that are often detrimental to one’s psychological or physiological health. In accordance with that, we can say that there are two basic types of addictions:
We are all aware of the gravity of substance addictions. But we must not underestimate the seriousness of the behavioral addictions too, as all compulsive behaviors are deeply engraved into the neurological structure of our brains and have strong habitual forces behind them. All compulsive behaviors are deeply engraved into the neurological structure of our brains and have strong habitual forces behind them.
In order to get a deeper understanding of those forces and why people are so prone to relapses of old addictions, we should take a look on numerous invisible background energies.
Spiritual View on Addictions The highest states of Being (Peace, Joy, and Love) have their degraded forms: Love in its degraded form is infatuation or obsession; Peace in its degraded form is drugs and alcohol; Joy in its degraded forms is sensual bodily pleasures. Through addictive substances or behaviors, people are actually trying to achieve, at least temporarily, these highest states of Being. Sadly, by using the wrong means and while having many misconceptions and limited views on reality. Addictions are entities that are conscious to some extent and are very cunning.
But there is another aspect of this problem, which is often hidden from our knowledge. These addictions are entities that are conscious to some extent and are very cunning. Here’s how.
Like attracts like. Positive energies or things attract energies or things of their kind, and the same stands for negative energies. Pertaining to human personality, negative energies and experiences tend also to coalesce into an ever-bigger energetic entity. We call these entities morphogenetic (morphic) fields or pendulums.[1] And yes, there are such fields linked to every addiction. They exist and grow in individuals, groups, or even in the whole humanity, on a collective level. They are living beings, with some level of self-consciousness and even intelligence. Normally, we are not aware of their existence at all, due to our severely limited perception of reality. Energies and experiences tend to coalesce into an ever-bigger energetic entity. We call these entities morphogenetic (morphic) fields or pendulums. And yes, there are such fields linked to every addiction.
The morphic fields have a strong tendency to survive and grow. They feed on energies of their similar kind. When they are “hungry” (with low energy level), to get enough “food”, these entities will always try to induce positive or negative psychological states or external events (depending on their own nature), as they feed themselves with the same sorts of energies.[2]
In this case, we must deal with addictions. Obviously, they have very “negatively” oriented energies in their background. What’s very important, we must not directly fight negative morphic fields, as that will only give them an additional momentum, and that’s the reason why we can call them pendulums. One of the ways to stop the pendulum’s swinging is to be present during its activity and consciously ignore generated negativity, something like being transparent. If we were persistent each time in this, that specific morphic field will finally abandon our individual life. There are countless types of morphic fields. For example, there are morphic fields of every family, a group of people, sports clubs, societies, organizations, companies, countries, nations, state administration, schools, religions, animal species, specific human behaviors, emotions of all kinds, diseases, and so forth. So, there are also very strong morphic fields of addictions, too. As said before, they are cunning and seductive in their striving to achieve their goals. They often induce specific accidents and stressful situations or use people in the person’s surroundings and even his or her friends to incite the addictive behavior or to re-establish it again.

A large number of subjects permanently solved their emotional and mental difficulties by recalling and facing the traumatic memories of their past (or even future) lives.
Are there parallel existences to our own out there? If yes, can they be marked as a form of reincarnation, a well-known theory of re-birthing after physical death? Is reincarnation actually something much more fascinating, comprehensible only if we really open up our minds?
There have been a huge number of books written on the subject of reincarnation. Many researchers have dedicated their whole lives exploring it. Perhaps the most prominent investigators of this phenomenon were Ian Stevenson[1], a Canadian-born U.S. psychiatrist, who worked for the University of Virginia School of Medicine, and Jim B. Tucker[2], a child psychiatrist and Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Neurobehavioral Sciences at the same university. They were researching mostly the cases of children who were able to recall some memories from their “past lives.” The evidence they collected as well as many proofs gathered by other scientists and researchers are overwhelming. There are so many children and adults all around the world who were able to evoke some reminiscences from other existences. Amazingly, many of those claims were actually investigated and have been confirmed in great detail. What’s more important, a large number of subjects permanently solved their emotional and mental difficulties by recalling and facing the traumatic memories of their past (or even future) lives. To me, it’s a very sad thing that the mainstream science still rejects to validate the concepts of reincarnation or parallel existences. However, this article is not about the question whether reincarnation exists or not. In my opinion, there is definitely enough pretty reliable evidence supporting the assumption that there is a continuity of individual consciousness even after death. Our consciousness regularly extends from one existence to another. The physical mechanism of re-birthing is mysterious. However, if we postulate that at the core of our personality lies a kind of hidden conscious energy, we may call it the soul, and when we take into account the natural law of the conservation of energy, we may conclude that our consciousness cannot disappear with the physical death. On the contrary, it must continue to exist in another form. [1] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ian_Stevenson [2] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_B._Tucker Some people recall details from several lives that had been lived concurrently, within the same time span. Moreover, there are cases of two or more people remembering the very same life, as though all of them had been the same person in one of the previous lives.
The laws of quantum physics undoubtedly indicate that matter and antimatter should always be equal in their quantity. (...)
What we call matter is simply everything that is composed mostly of quarks, that aggregate into protons (positively charged subatomic particles) and neutrons, and also of electrons (which are negatively charged). Together, they form atoms.
On the other hand, antimatter can also create atoms of the same characteristics and overall electric charge, with the only one difference: their nuclei consist of antiquarks (antiprotons and antineutrons), while their mantle is being filled with positrons (electron’s positively charged counterparts). However, if you were to combine atoms of matter and antimatter, you would get a huge explosion of energy. Atom and antiatom would have completely annihilated. They are exact opposites. The laws of quantum physics undoubtedly indicate that matter and antimatter should always be equal in their quantity. Whenever pure energy is converted into particles, a pair of matter-antimatter particles pops up into existence. In accordance with that, one could posit that in the beginning of time there should be exactly the same amounts of matter and antimatter, after which they would have annihilated, making this universe lifeless, composed of pure energy only.
The whole existence is fundamentally indivisible, as all its parts contain the whole universe within themselves.
“As above so below.” This famous hermetic phrase originates from the Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus, a cryptic text depicting various aspects of alchemic symbolism. In its original form, it says: "That which is Below corresponds to that which is Above, and that which is Above, corresponds to that which is Below, to accomplish the miracles of the One Thing."
In this symbolic message, “Above” points to the higher spiritual realms, which can actually be reached within one’s own being. Similarly, “Below” corresponds with this material world, or the external reality. It’s the relation between the microcosm and macrocosm, inner and outer, individual being and wholeness. Finally, “One Thing” has a clear link with the idea of Oneness, God, or Absolute Consciousness. In fact, the message as above so below entirely corresponds with the modern-days holographic paradigm. The whole existence is fundamentally indivisible, as all its parts contain the whole universe within themselves. Why is the universe founded on the holographic principle? Because the original, primordial Oneness cannot be really divided. It’s indivisible. The apparent separation is ultimately illusionary. On the finest level of existence, we are still one. So, what can the Oneness “do” in order to be perceived as myriads of separated parts? It must “pretend” to be separated, to apparently have a notion of separation into those parts, while each of those parts can only be that same Oneness again, only appearing differently. Each part is the Oneness itself, only perceived differently. It would be something similar to different looks of a human being when observed from different angles. How is the holographic connection reflected in our everyday lives? Despite our genuine oneness with the whole existence, all our senses are telling us that we are fundamentally separated from the rest of the world. However, the oneness always finds its way to express itself within our lives. As the oneness is being mirrored in the universe, so it is in our individual lives, too. Therefore, the connection between the Universe and ourselves, although apparently hidden, is deep and essential.
Now, there is another layer of this story. Each conscious entity, whether individual or collective, has its own specific “bubble” of reality. That bubble precisely reflects the entity’s inner being. Hence, every person creates their own individual universe, which is apparently a much smaller version of the entire existence.
The holographic connection can be visible in our individual reality. All life circumstances, achievements, joyful events, painful experiences, challenges, illnesses, our families, jobs, loved ones, friends, adversaries…everything reflects our inner life. Can we really say that everything we see around us simply mirrors our inner being? Obviously, no. Our best friend is not a projection of her exact miniature replica within the boundaries of our being. Nor anything else is the precise copy of something within us. Actually, the whole world that we are perceiving around us is a symbolic projection.
That’s analogous to the symbolism of dreams. For example, what could a vehicle in dreams mean? For many people, it’s a symbol of control over life. In reality, we have to completely control our vehicle if we want to get from point A to point B. Or, the death of a loved one in dreams is not a psychic prediction of any kind – it represents a change. Dreaming of a mountain usually doesn’t mean that you will really see a mountain or climb it. It’s more likely that you will face a significant obstacle in your life, and if you successfully climb a mountain in your dream – you’ll probably achieve a great goal.
Examples of holographic symbols in everyday life In reality, the holographic principle is reflected virtually in all aspects of our lives, but it’s hardly recognizable to our logical minds. As noted before, it’s reflected through a symbolism, somewhat similar to that of dreams. Before we take a look at various holographic symbols, let’s not forget the main elements of our personality, from the point of view of the Reintegration System:[1]
[1] For more information please refer to “Inner Peace, Outer Success” or “Deep Personal Transformation”
This classification is not perfect, as some of these elements of personality can be seen as the subsets of the others. However, these are the aspects of our psyche that are the most important to work on. But in most cases, they are invisible to our eyes. Typically, we are not aware of them. They definitely pose a problem to our healthy lifestyle, but we very often fail to recognize them.
How do we solve that riddle? Is there an easy way to identify our hidden parts of personality? Just look around yourself. Watch the members of your family, your friends, lovers, enemies. Watch the habitual situations, events, omens. As you delve deeply into a state without thoughts, into the meditative state or Presence, you will be able to easily find patterns. Moreover, if you are assisted with your intuition, you will often recognize your own fears, desires, beliefs or other aspects of your psyche. Everything outside of you is reflecting your internal reality in a symbolic way. Whatever you suppressed, shall be revealed For instance, if there is a person in your life who constantly opposes you, who intentionally puts you into troubles every so often, be sure that such a person is the greatest teacher of yours. How come? Well, he or she is a projection of your own suppressed traits. If your neighbor is behaving in an annoying or aggressive way toward you, know that you still have the very same traits that could similarly be annoying to others. Most probably you have suppressed those traits during your childhood in an attempt to be a “good boy” or a “good girl.” You just replaced such behavior with another, more socially acceptable one. Since then, you don’t feel that those traits are yours at all. Apparently, they have been alienated from you, but still, they are parts of your personality. They need to express themselves somehow. One way is through a certain bodily illness or malfunction, and the other way is within the external world – as an unpleasant behavior of your neighbor, co-worker, or even of a member of your family. If we change deliberately our unwanted behavior or a trait without consciously re-integrating it back into our personality, it’ll express itself outside of our being.
Therefore, your bodily diseases or outer enemies have an invaluable role in your life. They are usually unveiling the elements of your own personality that have been forgotten, suppressed and deeply hidden from your conscious sight. At the same time, of the greatest importance to your further spiritual growth is to reveal your veiled traits, beliefs, emotions and other concealed inner energies.
Characteristic examples of externalization Let’s take another view on this. “…there is a process of suppressing personality traits that happens to most all human beings during childhood, without exception. It takes place as part of our upbringing, learning the basics of unselfish and socially acceptable behavior. As toddlers, we behave inconsiderately on many occasions, in accordance with our basic needs—food, parental love, possessions, pain avoidance, playing, and so on. When a little child, for instance, sees an interesting toy in the hands of their brother or sister, they will try to grab the toy forcefully, with no consideration of other’s needs. The parents then criticize the toddler for this unacceptable behavior, demanding the child stops doing anything like that. Over time, the child will remember that this behavior is unfavorable to their basic need for parental love. They deliberately suppress the impulse for doing such a thing and thus, finally stop. But, the selfish impulse is not released. It is only moved into the subconscious level, from where it tries to continue its expressing. The suppressed need always finds its way to express itself, because it’s a question of its very existence as a distinct energetic entity. In this particular example, the need for taking desired things from others to fulfill one’s own needs, first tries to emerge again as the child’s concrete act. As the child has learned its lesson and deliberately suppresses the need all over again, this entity now tries to find a different path. It expresses itself through another person which acts exactly in accordance with the suppressed behavior, but this time toward the child. When the child grows up, the suppressed entity will continue expressing itself during the whole life of that individual. It will bring into his life people that act selfishly toward him, again and again. Doing this way, it just feeds itself up, trying only to survive.”[1] A similar process happens to adults as well. Let’s examine a typical case: a middle-aged professor, we’ll call him George, after long periods of being intensely remorseful, firmly decides to finally end his surges of rage toward his loved ones. His decision is so strong that whenever he feels any sign of anger appearing inside of him, the decision is triggered and he manages to immediately suppress the emotion and to calm down quickly. After several months of heroic and frequent inner battle within various challenging situations, George succeeds to transform his behavior in general as well as to improve his relationships significantly. Alas, as soon as he concludes that he has become a new person, unexpected problems appear. A new colleague at work starts offending him on a daily basis, making him a victim of many unprovoked, aggressive attacks. However, George remains steady in his decision to not react angrily. After some time, an additional challenge emerges: a new boss begins bullying him. Even worse, several other people appear in his life and mistreat him also, showing off a lot of anger and resentment toward him. What happened to George? Obviously, he had forcefully suppressed his negative emotions, without consciously working on them. Instead of fully accepting them and working on their reintegration into the wholeness of his being, he blocked and repressed them completely. As he was in a very good physical condition, the suppressed anger and similar emotions found another way of expressing themselves – into the outer world. There is always a solution Luckily, George has found the real way out of his problems. After only three hours of intense reintegration work, done in the course of one week, he achieved wonderful results. Thanks to the Inner Triangle technique, several parts of his personality that had been causing the rage outbursts, were mutually merged and at the same time accomplished their highest purposes. George felt a huge relief. But the most astonishing part of the change in George’s life was yet to come. After a week, the problematic co-worker abruptly left the University, without any apparent connection to his relationship with George. Subsequently, the bullying boss and the other problematic people have either mysteriously transformed their behavior toward George, or left his life permanently. The holographic principle has revealed itself in the most obvious and remarkable ways. We are the ones who are in charge.
What can we learn out of these examples?
All the suppressed needs, desires, fears, emotions and other parts of our personality, whether inhibited during one’s childhood or any time later, express themselves either through various inner problems—mental difficulties, bodily disabilities, illnesses, or through external people or circumstances.[1] To conclude, if we change deliberately our unwanted behavior or a trait without consciously re-integrating it back into our personality, it’ll express itself outside of our being. On the other hand, if we identify the inner source of our external challenges, we will be able to overcome it permanently, whether using classical psychological techniques or employing other approaches, more spiritually inclined – such as the Reintegration techniques. Perhaps the most wonderful implication of the holographic principle is that we are completely and absolutely responsible for our lives. We are the ones who are in charge. And a gentle, but infinite power within us is waiting to be unleashed. [1] An excerpt from “Inner Peace, Outer Success,” https://www.amazon.com/Inner-Peace-Outer-Success-Reintegration-ebook/dp/B01KD221D8 AuthorNebo D. Lukovich Do not feel lonely, the entire universe is inside you. - Rumi Holographic principle All concepts and ideas described in this article are based on the holographic principle as the premise. Here’s why. A new theory in modern physics says that we are living in the holographic universe. It’s a mathematical idea examined thoroughly in string theory. According to it, we are 3D projections of a 2D reality right at the outermost edges of our universe. The theory is yet to be confirmed, but recent astronomical observations can be even better explained by the holographic model than by the standard cosmological model.[1] This leads us to the holographic paradigm itself, which is obviously entering the realm of science. Although the cosmological holographic model doesn’t focus on human scale, our individual reality could consequently be a hologram itself. More on holographic principle and its consequences to our lives you can find at this page. Nevertheless, if we apply the holographic view on our individual lives, it becomes clear that we must take absolute responsibility for our existence. That view tells us that everything around us is simply a mirrored image of our inner being. I would add here, the symbolical image. [1] See article at Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holographic_principle Honestly, my whole life absolutely confirms this idea. When you take the full responsibility for your life, you will soon see that everything around you is indeed a mirrored image of yourself. You are the only one who is in charge of your life, and that’s the most beautiful thing in the whole picture. As we are parts of the universal hologram, everything around us tells us some important story about ourselves. What’s also important to know is that those stories are always conveying their messages in some sort of symbolical form. That’s why we can find the deep symbolism in quantum physics and relativity. Moreover, those symbolic parallels to our everyday life can give us very practical and valuable advice. Through symbolism, the quantum world tells us about the foundations of our existence as conscious beings and gives us some important clues on possible solutions to fundamental questions of our existence. On huge scales, we have astronomy and cosmology. Relativity is also mostly seen as a part of physics that describes the inner workings of the universe at large scales. All of them are telling us about the bigger picture of our lives – about God, Good and Evil, about our personality, other human beings and other important big ingredients of life. Now, let’s take a look at some of these thought-provoking insights. Symbolism in astronomy Space-time and energy On big scales, the Universe consists of four main ingredients: space, time, matter and energy. Modern physics teaches us that space and time constitute one four-dimensional continuum called space-time, while matter and energy are also one entity – we can call it simply energy. What is space-time? It’s a background of the whole stage. It’s the womb of energy and its countless forms. It symbolizes the Source, the primal foundation of consciousness and all its experiences. On the other hand, energy symbolizes consciousness. Its denser form – matter or mass – symbolizes limited (localized) consciousness, while pure energy – or light – symbolizes unlimited, or all-pervading consciousness. Symbols:
Stars and solar systems Perhaps the most prominent features of the cosmos are stars. While the Milky Way galaxy can represent the whole humanity, stars can symbolize individual human souls. They are generators of light itself. Moreover, stars maintain innumerable life forms on their planets. They are also symbols of Good, Light and Joy. Our solar system represents human personality. Consequently, planets, planetoids, asteroids, comets and all other sorts of celestial bodies that lurk around within the system – they symbolize innumerable parts of the human personality. In accordance with that, the well-known fact in psychology is that every personality consists of countless “bigger” or “smaller” parts or aspects. Each part has its own life, orbits around the sun, or has a specific “purpose.” The planets, asteroids and other bodies are frequently colliding with each other or ejecting the other bodies from their previous orbits, even from the entire solar system. This happens all the time with our own aspects of personality, too. They are often mutually discordant, clashing with each other, bringing us numerous troubles and failures in that way. It’s interesting that the vast majority of stars are parts of binary star systems. Sometimes there are even more than two stars in a single system. Those stars, although normally very different in their size and type, are almost eternally tied to each other. Stars are giving us a strong symbolic spiritual message: our souls are the sources of consciousness, very longevous, but still mortal. Our personalities, clustered around their souls, are stable only if all of their parts are settled within stable positions, in mutual harmony. If the core of our being – the soul – is mortal, then what is immortal? Light. It is generated mostly by stars, but it’s not dependent on them. It's immortal and omnipresent. So, also in this symbolism, light represents our consciousness. In ancient times, our souls were often born with their twin counterparts (as within the binary star systems). In most of these cases, our so-called twin-flames (or soul mates) are very different from us, yet are we linked by destiny. However, you will see later that we can learn more on the nature of twin-flames from the quantum physics symbolism. Symbols:
Mass There is a pretty strict rule in the stellar world: the more massive a star, the shorter its life. Translated to our symbolic language, our souls have inherent egoistic inclinations. Mass symbolizes human ego and its characteristic traits, such as pride, vanity, laziness, procrastination, limited perception, etc. Nevertheless, without their huge mass, stars wouldn’t be able to ignite the thermonuclear reaction within themselves, which is the source of their heat and light. Accordingly, ego is necessary for living in this world; it definitely has some important functions for our survival in this world – thinking, classifying data, prioritizing, and much more. The majority of stars are the so-called red dwarfs, the least massive type of stars. But they live very, very long – for over 100 billion years. They die off slowly, transforming and swelling into the “red giants” and eventually disappearing, leaving a small “corpses” behind – the “white dwarfs.” On the other hand, if a star is very massive, being, for example, the “blue giant” star, its radiation (emitted heat and light) will be extremely high, but the lifespan will be much shorter – even “only” a few million years. And if the star is sufficiently massive, it’ll eventually die through a huge explosion, as a supernova. What happens with its remnants – the dense core? It may become a neutron star, an extremely dense and hot “corpse,” or something even worse – a black hole. This symbolism says: people with a “big ego” will eventually achieve a dramatic enlightenment (“supernova explosion”), but will also leave some dangerous remnants or deeds behind (“neutron star” or “black hole”). Also, people with a “small” ego will have many incarnations but eventually are not likely to achieve any dramatic enlightenment– they will attain the final liberation gradually and peacefully. Symbols:
Black holes What are the opposites to stars? The black holes. They are the celestial bodies so massive that they suck in all matter in their vicinity. Even light itself cannot escape if it passes the purported “event horizon,” the ultimate dead zone radius. Black holes are the ultimate monsters. In our story of spiritual symbolism, they could represent the ultimate ego, vampires or the evil principle itself. Nevertheless, every black hole also has its beginning and end. After eating all matter in its neighborhood, the black hole will eventually disappear through the purported “Hawking radiation.” However, without black holes, galaxies wouldn’t exist at all. Being located in the galaxies’ cores, supermassive black holes are their gravitational foundations. Therefore, without black holes, there wouldn’t be any new-born stars that can be born only in galaxies. We wouldn’t be here after all. Practical, symbolic meaning of black holes would be this: too much pride, egoism and vanity can eventually lead to forming a psychological vampire that sucks out life energy from people around him. However, without the dark side of human nature, humanity wouldn’t exist at all. Ultimately, it has a positive role to us: it’s forcing us to stick together, to grow and mature up into a better version of ourselves. Symbol:
Time as the measure of limitation of consciousness The theory of relativity undoubtedly says: massless entities (such as light) do not experience time at all. Conversely, if a massive body approaches the speed of light, the passage of time gets ever slower. Symbolically speaking, when someone is fully conscious, time goes very slowly for them. When someone acquires absolute consciousness, time stops for them. Space does exist, but only in a form of four-dimensional continuum of space-time, experienced all at once, simultaneously and totally. The individual (if we can call them that way whatsoever) is infinite, omniscient, eternal and omnipresent. One could say – the “individual” becomes God Himself. On the other hand, if a person is totally unconscious, time is infinite for them. When someone gets unconscious, either through sleep without dreams or in a comma, they instantaneously pass through time, into the future when they get on their feet, conscious again. They virtually jump into the future. Symbols:
The one who is enlightened experiences omniscience, omnipresence, and timelessness. Quantum physics’ symbolism Quantum physics is probably the least intuitively understood branch of science, not only by ordinary people but physicists themselves. The natural phenomena observed on that level are so strange and fascinating, that they are the source of endless inspiration for both science and mysticism. Although the things and events at this level to our senses seem blurred and warped somehow, the quantum theory is one of the most accurate and successful scientific theories yet! Double-slit experiment and the observer’s role Subatomic particles’ behavior apparently depends on the presence of an observer. It has been proven by the astonishing Double-slit experiment, countless times. In short, the experiment involved shooting quantum particles through a couple of narrow slits, then examining where they hit the wall on the other side. It was revealed that the particles, when not being watched by any human eye (through a measuring device), formed an ‘interference pattern’ on the wall, just like a wave would do. But when scientists watched which particular slit the particles passed through, their trajectories changed and instead formed clumps on the wall, just like real particles would do. The quantum particles changed their behavior depending on the existence of an observer. We can reformulate this conclusion to its most basic level: consciousness somehow subtly influences matter, at least at the subatomic level. Is there such an influence on the macroscopic scale? Many quantum physicists think so. The so-called “Copenhagen interpretation” of the double-slit experiment’s results indicate this: in every single moment of our conscious existence we are “collapsing the quantum wave function” and choosing only one of the myriad possible universes that lie ahead of us. Therefore, we are not some passive experiencers of reality. On the contrary, we are actively choosing our reality ahead and making it real. Still, all those possible lines of time are real in a sense, we could say, as “potential realities.” And these potential realities can be real to other conscious beings. The double-slit experiment tells us, both directly and symbolically, that we are the creators of our individual realities. Symbol:
Quantum entanglement The “Quantum entanglement” phenomenon, said by Albert Einstein to be a kind of “spooky action at a distance,”[1] has marked the first real proof of the inherent, interconnected properties of subatomic particles. The experimental data involved separating two photons from one another—both of which came from the same parent group of particles, originally—and stimulating only one of them to watch what reaction came from the other. Surprisingly, the unstimulated photon would mimic the actions of its partner, maintaining an identical quantum state... as though they’d never been separated at all. [1] See article at Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_entanglement For example, if one photon was influenced by a measurement and forced to change its quantum state (i.e. spin), the other photon would simultaneously change its spin the same way, no matter their distance, regardless of the speed of light limitations. And that’s said to be the case with all other quantum systems. This phenomenon is a perfect example of the so-called quantum nonlocality. It can be described as the apparent ability of particles to instantaneously “know” about each other’s state, irrespective of the distance between them. So, what does that suggest for all of us, considering that all particles in this universe were originally part of the same “one system,” starting with the Big Bang? The majority of the particles were separated and may have since lost their mutual entanglement, yes, but the notion still exists that virtually everything may still be profoundly linked. Could that not prove that we all are, too? Symbols:
Quantum tunneling The “Quantum tunneling” phenomenon is being observed when a particle tunnels through a barrier that it otherwise could not pass through from the point of view of classical physics. Tunneling is, in fact, the consequence of the Heisenberg uncertainty principle and the wave–particle duality of matter. This behavior of subatomic particles corresponds to some Sci-Fi concepts, such as teleportation or paranormal curiosities like bi-location and also teleportation. Moreover, the quantum tunneling phenomenon teaches us how to behave in our everyday life, when we face an obstacle. Sometimes it will be enough just to be persistent, wait calmly and, to our surprise, we will pass through the barrier. Symbols:
Two types of elementary particles The main features of the quantum world are fields and particles. In fact, every sub-atomic particle is an excitation or fluctuation of its own field, which is omnipresent. We could say that every particle is a sort of “condensed” energy. However, there are two main types of elementary particles in the quantum world: the massive and the massless particles, i.e. those with the “rest mass” and those without it. Massless particles are always traveling at the speed of light. That’s the only possibility for them. That also means that they do not “experience” time. Moreover, they are omnipresent, as space (as we know it) do not exist for them. That reminds us of God or absolute consciousness. Mass is not an inherent, mysterious feature of an elementary particle. It’s a property given by the Higgs field. It gives mass to every massive particle, from the “outside.” It’s a kind of a dense “soup” through which all massive particles must pass along their ways. This reminds us of our existence – full of various obstacles, with a very limited and unstable consciousness. On the other hand, massless particles, like photons (quanta of light), for some reason, are not impeded by the Higgs field. (That reason is well-known in physics and I’ll jump on it later on.) Regardless the elementary particles’ responsiveness to the Higgs field, all of them are traveling at the speed of light. The only difference between the massive and massless particles is that the massive ones are impeded by the Higgs field. Although still traveling at the speed of light, they are actually “oscillating” at the speed of light within tiny boundaries all around them, imposed by the Higgs field. As said above, according to the equations of Einstein’s relativistic physics, all particles traveling at the speed of light don’t “experience” time and space. From their “point of view,” they are everywhere, and the lifespan of the whole existence is within their “now.” In a way, photons have no speed at all. In our symbolic language, light symbolizes God’s presence. It is the symbol of perfectly enlightened people. Unlike the elementary particles, which do not consist of any sub-particles, complex systems like protons, neutrons, atoms or molecules are always impeded by the Higgs field plus by all four elementary forces of nature. So, we are too. Symbols:

The role of Higgs field Let us assume that we are genuinely symbolized by the massive elementary particle. It’s impeded by the Higgs field. How can we transform ourselves into the light? How to avoid the hampering effect of the Higgs field? Answers to these questions might be very important because they could give us some invaluable clues how to “become” light, i.e. how to acquire the final liberation, Nirvana, or whatever you call it. Modern physics says that a specific type of polarization of particles is the main reason why some of them have mass and some don’t. “They (massless and massive elementary particles) are the same, really. All particles are fundamentally massless. Those with a rest mass acquire it only via a constant interaction with a field which provides the energy measured as the rest mass.” - Matus Marko, https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-relation-between-a-massless-particle-and-particles-with-mass/answer/Matus-Marko?srid=ueliZ “There is a fundamental difference between a massless and massive vector boson which is the number of polarizations that the particle has. Massless vector bosons only have two polarizations (transverse) which is why polarizers on sunglasses work the way they do. Massive vector bosons have three polarizations, the two transverse and a longitudinal. (…) The Higgs boson can only give three vector bosons mass.” - Jay Wacker, https://www.quora.com/Does-the-Higgs-Boson-give-photons-mass/answer/Jay-Wacker?srid=ueliZ The massless particle, since it doesn’t have the longitudinal polarization, cannot “go back and forth,” since it would have to accelerate and decelerate. Symbols:
Practical directions to liberation There are two ways of converting the massive particle into a massless one: either through annihilation with its anti-particle or through the elimination of its longitudinal polarization. The former is happening all the time in nature, as well in scientific laboratories and colliders, while the latter is purely theoretical, at the moment. Still, both approaches are inherently the same. Through merging with its anti-matter counterpart, the particle cancels out its polarization and consequently transforms into light. If we translate this symbolism into a meaningful advice for our spiritual life, we would have to integrate with our anti-persona. What would that mean? Does it mean that we need to re-unite with our soul-mate (or twin-flame)? Well, not really, although in the outer world that might help, if the person is really the twin-flame. But then again, the real solution is to remove the inner roots of our limitations. Deep inside our souls, there are particular polarities that are actively obstructing us to attain our natural state – absolute freedom. We have to accept and embrace the unconscious, “dark” part of our being, the “shadow self.” We also need to fully accept the opposite sex within us. We have to reintegrate all other fundamental, yet deeply hidden polarities of our personality (many of them you can find in my book “Deep Personal Transformation,” downloadable for free on Amazon.com, at this address). However, if we reintegrated these polarities, wouldn’t we still have some “mass”? As the majority of the mass of complex entities, such as protons, neutrons, and atoms, comes from other basic interactions (strong nuclear force, electromagnetic force), wouldn’t we still have almost the same “heaviness” in everyday life? According to this symbolism, no. If we had an imaginary situation of converting, for example, a quark into a photon, neither the strong nuclear nor electromagnetic force could exert any influence on that photon anymore. So, the particle would have become completely free. Meaning, when we reintegrate all polarities, we will achieve the liberation, we’ll get enlightened. Easier said than done. Even after passing through the whole list of inner polarities that we are aware of, many of them will still be hidden from our sight. Hence, we need a comprehensive approach to our transformation. We need to continue with the work, to encompass many other types of inner obstacles, i.e. to deal with habits, limiting beliefs, negative rules, fears and other emotions, decisions, subpersonalities, etc. Being reintegrated one by one, these aspects of our being will allow us to become aware of many more subtle polarities that we hadn’t been conscious of before. And through the reintegration work itself, we will be naturally merging many of these polarities, too. We can now conclude that the secret to liberation lies in merging the opposites within us. Symbols:
Conclusion We all want liberation in some way, whether we are theists or atheists, religious or not, inclined to science or not… We all need to be happy and to free ourselves from suffering. There are countless paths to that goal, but all of them must encompass a direct or indirect work on ourselves. Dealing with numerous parts of our being, like traumas from the past, bad habits, negative beliefs, fear, anger, sorrow…is inevitable if we really want the enlightenment. This inner work is difficult, yet inspirational, sometimes even humorous. But we must be persistent. We can work with these parts directly, using many psychological or spiritual techniques, or indirectly, by determinedly focusing on our True nature (the pure consciousness or God, if you like), through meditation sittings, mindfulness or prayers.
All of these approaches are legitimate. However, each of them might be suitable for a particular type of people and their personalities. Yet, I firmly believe that we can help each other in that process. That’s crucial. I didn’t mention love in this text, but it’s present throughout it, even within the “cold equations” of mathematics or physics. I also believe that there are so many hidden messages yet to be discovered in quantum physics or relativity, worth of our “symbolic translation” into many valuable pieces of spiritual advice. If you find any additional symbol that could help people in their spiritual or psychological transformation, not only within these scientific fields but also in other branches of human thought, please make a comment and share with us!
“There is only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that’s your own self.” – Aldous Huxley
Can we really change our lives with positive thinking? Is it really as miraculous as its proponents are trying to present? In its core, positive thinking is similar to auto-suggestion, hypnosis, and visualization. Why? Because it’s essentially an intentional flooding or bombarding the subconscious mind with various wishful contents of mind in a form of thoughts, pictures or emotions. Irrespective of the nature of that mind content, the process is the same: we are always trying to saturate our being with positivity while ignoring or suppressing any negative content. What happens to our inner hindrances? However, the negative thoughts or emotions will never disappear on their own. What’s worse, they are usually grouped in corresponding clusters, as every type of energy attracts the energies of a similar kind. These clusters, the so-called “pendulums” or “negative morphic fields,”[1] behave as partially conscious beings with their own will and goals. As such, they will not accept their own demise. Being blocked or suppressed, they can withdraw for a while, but will fight back eventually. In that case, their subdued energy will be released abruptly, similar to a volcano eruption. Here’s an example from my life. About 15 years ago, I made a decision to do a comprehensive auto-suggestion program through autohypnosis. I put on paper all my main goals at that time and collected many suitable, well-intended suggestions for my subconscious mind. I was determined to transform my life completely. And I did, but it was actually a painful, yet sobering experience. I was very determinate and tenacious. My self-hypnosis work was thorough and persisted for 3 or 4 months. It was enough for some results to appear. I noticed a few big improvements in my life, both in the spiritual and material aspects (although I now know it cannot be separated that way). I was thrilled. But, after a while… a disaster stroke… one, two, several of them, in different areas of my life. I had troubles at work, health problems, I was broke and, above everything else, my girlfriend left me. The setbacks were huge, almost unbearable. Regardless all these difficulties, I continued with my autohypnosis practice, but things were sluggishly improving. I wondered what was wrong with my practice. And something was wrong, definitely. Suddenly, during one of my long walks, a deep insight came up to my mind: my autohypnosis practice didn’t solve my already existing fears, victim identities, false beliefs and other self-defeating structures. All these positive infusions did work for a few months, but in fact they only covered and suppressed my negative subconscious structures. As those structures must express themselves sooner or later, they erupted, one after another. I immediately stopped my autohypnosis exercises and switched to regular psychoanalytical and NLP work on my problems. Of course, it demanded a big deal of time, but it really paid off. I solved most of my inner obstacles at that time and started over my whole life. Although I have never turned back to my autohypnosis practice, I am sure that it’s a great methodology. However, it’s missing one critical ingredient: facing and reintegrating the inner obstacles. Yet, this work has paid off itself: it rapidly accelerated the process of facing the inner problems. I was forced to solve them, one by one. The same assumptions stand for the general concept of positive thinking, including creative visualization, auto-suggestion, subliminal messages, and other similar practices. They all have a great approach to pointing the subconscious mind at the right direction, but they are missing the other key aspect of inner work: dealing with the subconscious negative parts of personality and solving them. Without it, they will ultimately lead us only to recurrent painful experiences which roots are still there – within us.
The solution
Nothing is really wrong with positive thinking. It indeed attracts positive experiences in our lives and is definitely worth practicing. Nevertheless, without the other part of transformational work – facing and reintegrating the negative subconscious elements of inner being – it could become very dangerous. Forcing the positive thinking alone in the long run will undoubtedly trigger many suppressed negativities which had been forgotten. [1] For more info on this subject please check out http://www.re-integration.com/morphic-fields1.html
Therefore, working with achieving goals or manifesting desires must be accompanied with a comprehensive approach of reintegrating all the opposing unconscious structures within our mind. Such a comprehensive approach might be accomplished through psychoanalysis, transactional analysis, gestalt therapy, or other branches of psychology, including some “fringe” methodologies, like the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). If you don’t strictly adhere to scientifically acknowledged methodologies, you may use spiritual practices, such as meditation sittings, mindfulness, Kriya yoga, Samyama, etc.
However, I would like to recommend here several Reintegration protocols that will surely help you in such a practice: Dissolving the Temporary I (DTI), Moving to the Heart (MH) and Dissolving the Temporary I Plus (DTI+) techniques. They are described on this website and you will gain enough information to successfully reintegrate back into your being many negative thoughts, emotions or other aspects of your personality. In the first book of the Reintegration Fundamentals series, “Inner Freedom Techniques,” you will find all the Reintegration techniques thoroughly explained, including the revolutionary technique called “Inner Triangle,” which is used for solving the most rigid problems. Moreover, in “Deep Personal Transformation” (available on Amazon for free at the moment of writing this article) you will find all the necessary information on the subconscious negative structures and concrete ways how to deal with them successfully. And if you desire for achieving concrete, big goals in your life, you can consult the third book in the Reintegration Fundamentals series: “Coherence.” It covers all the Reintegration techniques and methodologies for a safe goal achievement process, without any side-effects. Finally, the most comprehensive volume, “Inner Peace, Outer Success,” covers all the Reintegration techniques and explains the whole system. Good luck in your work! AuthorNebo D. Lukovich What is a lie? To answer that, we have to know what the truth is in the first place. Are we talking about the real truth or just an information about some person or event? Information about the truth can be conveyed, but the very truth can only be experienced. Therefore, lies are hiding or distorting the information on the truth. There is no absolute honesty. To achieve that, we would have to be a completely enlightened being. Such a being lives in the Truth and doesn’t have to lie at all. Their life is the Truth and everything around them always mirrors that inner Truth. It’s not always pleasant, though, but it’s always the Truth. Yet, we are not the enlightened ones. Or at least I am not. So, we do lie. And we will inevitably lie from time to time. We live in this material world, in these bodies with severely limited perception. We don’t recognize the Truth. We are just receiving and filtering streams of information about the world outside and our inner reality as well, all the time. However, the most important thing on this subject is that we must be honest with ourselves. Always. That’s the precondition for outward honesty. Are there situations that really demand lies? The holographic principle teaches us that our surrounding is always a projection of our inner world, in a symbolical way. People around us are always playing different roles corresponding to particular inner parts of our own personality. Therefore, when we are lying to someone, it’s a projection of our fears, anger, desires, beliefs, habits or other aspects of our being. When we lie to somebody, even if it’s a “white lie,” we are lying to ourselves. That person is a symbolical projection of a part of our own being, demanding an answer. It wants the truth about something. The part has probably been long suppressed and now emerges onto the surface of our being. The outer communication in which the lie has emerged is a result of relations between the inner parts of our being. One part is asking for the truth, and another is trying to hide it. The relationship in the real world symbolically mirrors the inner conflict. What is the morality of lying? The question of moral behavior is certainly of a great importance in any psychological or spiritual system. If we had acted immorally, that action will generate suffering in the long run. Let me cite a few sentences from “Inner Peace, Outer Success” [1] here: “Immoral conduct inevitably produces remorse inside you, at least on a subconscious level. It also yields resentment in others. Remorse and resentment generate anger and suffering. This will result in major setbacks to your work on yourself and in your life generally.” [1] “Inner Peace, Outer Success” by Nebo D. Lukovich, Reintegration Publishing, 2016, https://www.amazon.com/Inner-Peace-Outer-Success-Reintegration-ebook/dp/B01KD221D8 In some life situations, we are indeed forced to lie. There could be a variety of possible reasons for such behavior, many of them being legitimate. For example, if our very survival or the survival of our loved ones has been compromised, sometimes we will be forced to lie. Nevertheless, we have to avoid lying and use it as the last option. As said in the above-mentioned book, “Moral behavior is a matter of pure decision and firmness, assisted by Love, Presence and Reintegration techniques. Whenever you find yourself on the verge of immoral conduct, if you feel a temptation to act dishonestly, bring yourself into the state of pure Love. It dissolves dishonest inclinations, anger, resentment, fear, pain and other negative emotions at their roots.”[1] Another great way to discern whether a situation really demands some sort of a lie is to enter the state of Presence. We have to involve mindfulness. Presence is a state of being here and now, aware, usually without thoughts. Generally speaking, surroundings that demand lies are disturbing and stressful. In such cases, it’s very hard to stay calm and enter the state of presence. It’s even hard to remember that we need presence. However, for each individual, there are always several characteristic circumstances that are challenging. And they are generally recurrent. Therefore, we can introduce triggers for launching the state of presence to find the best way of behaving and facing the situation. You can find many pieces of advice on the triggers for presence in “Inner Peace, Outer Success,” as well as in several other blog posts here. [1] “Inner Peace, Outer Success” by Nebo D. Lukovich, Reintegration Publishing, 2016 What if we find ourselves in lying? Don’t force yourself to stop lying in the middle of a conversation. It may seem awkward to your companions and can put you in a more unpleasant situation. Instead, continue with talking, and just become aware of everything you say, your body and your surroundings. Accept the situation wholeheartedly. Try to be present, to be mindful. If you succeed in that, even for several seconds, that will probably be enough to transform your behavior and communication. You will either stop lying or continue with it but in a totally different and more benevolent way. Entering the here and now is the key. How to deal with our lies from the past? We should deal with our lying in a serious way only if the lies are repetitive and/or harmful, to us or others. Such lies are telling us something important – we have to deal with our own suppressed and unresolved emotions, identifications and other parts of our personality. Those parts are trying to express themselves, this time through lying. Keep in mind that such aspects of our being are not bad at all. They are just seeking to protect us with this behavior, although in an unsuitable way (check out the Chain of Goals – a gradual process through which an initially well-intended aspect of our being becomes an ill-behaved part). As said before, the process of lying to another person is a projection of the conflicts between the inner parts of our personality. So, after each unpleasant dialog in which we behaved inappropriately, whenever we have some spare time we should revive the memory of it and thoroughly deal with our deeds. How to do that? Evoke the conversation as vividly as possible and use the Dissolving the Temporary I Plus (DTI+) or Gentle Touch of Presence (GTP)[1] techniques on it. Do that as many times as you can. Even better solution is to apply an extremely efficient Reintegration technique called the “Inner Triangle.”[2] It is a technique that involves reintegration of two opposite parts of your personality, in this case – two parts that represent your and the other person’s standpoints in the conversation. Eventually, those parts will merge and attain their highest state of existence – the unity with Divine. That way, your particular problem or immoral behavior has been uprooted and solved forever. [1] More on this technique you can find in “Inner Peace, Outer Success” or “Inner Freedom Techniques” (check out this page: http://www.re-integration.com/book-excerpt-inner-peace-outer-success-re-integration-system.html) [2] Ibid. Conclusion
Whenever you can - avoid lying, even at the price of suppressing it temporarily. That’s much better than to commit the immoral deed and regret it forever. Such a suppressed deed you will be able to handle later anyway with various Reintegration procedures or other psychological or spiritual techniques. On the other hand, an expressed big lie or another immoral deed would have produced remorse, resentment, anger and pain in yourself and others, which would be much harder to overcome later. AuthorNebo D. Lukovich People around us are unconsciously playing specific roles in our lives. We are perceiving them as the loved ones, friends, acquaintances, opponents, foes… To each of them, we have a whole spectrum of habitual behaviors and a multitude of emotions. Nevertheless, the emotions that are usually in our focus are the negative ones. We often see mistakes and bad traits, even in our friends. Why is that so? Because they are actually hidden in us. Those “mistakes” and traits want to re-emerge and reintegrate with the wholeness of our being. These emotions are telling us the truth about us. The role of accusations and guilt If we were often accused of some misbehaving, especially during our childhood, we would surely have a lot of suppressed negative emotions, such as resentment or guilt. That inevitably leads us to many outbursts of anger, which means suffering to us as well as suffering to people around us. Guilt is a very destructive emotion. It develops when we clearly become aware of an unfairness of deeds that we have committed to others. It may pose a great danger to our health, ruin all our relationships and undermine our endeavors. It implies to our subconscious mind that we have been misbehaving and that we deserve to be punished. It is a seriously dangerous line of thought. It relentlessly attracts the corresponding life circumstances, in which we will eventually be punished in various ways. Resentment is a kind of inverted guilt. It is directed toward others, accusing them of doing wrong things and wanting them to be punished. It is also a perilous emotion that works in the background of our personality, for long periods, which spoils our health and our relationships with people. It can undermine our ability to achieve goals and live a successful life in general. Through guilt and resentment, we are accusing ourselves and others of numerous misdeeds and therefore possessing corresponding bad traits. But there is also resentment of others directed toward us. Do we have to deal with it somehow? Absolutely. That resentment shows us what is actually inside us. We must free ourselves from these subconscious influences. Otherwise, these feelings will continually undermine our lives. We must reintegrate them back into the wholeness of our being. Holographic Principle in use I was writing a lot about this principle. In my opinion, it has tremendous power to transform people’s lives. Why? Because it says basically this:
This last statement is the most important one. It takes us on the extraordinary journey of inner transformation and expanding consciousness, where we must be completely honest to ourself. On that journey, everything depends on us. We are fully in charge of our life, and nobody else can be responsible for our life. That’s the road of inner power that is leading us to the final liberation, whatever that means. There are always two sides of a coin In addition to the work on the sense of guilt[1] that we perhaps already feel to some extent, a relationship transformation must encompass two seemingly opposite sides:
In fact, this two-directional process is a part of taking the full responsibility for our own life. We become aware of all negatively perceived elements of personality, both in another person and us, find all those elements inside us and reintegrate them back into our being. But how do we do that? 1. Annoying traits and behaviors of another person (yes, we have those traits and behaviors, too!) Are we right when we accuse someone of being a bad person? Maybe yes, maybe no. Maybe he or she was mistaken indeed. However, that’s not important at all. The vital thing is that the same trait we see in others lies deeply hidden in us. First, we should contemplate our life and find in ourself all the traits and behaviors that we often criticize in the person with whom we want to clean the relationship. It’s always better to find a concrete behavior in our past that is essentially the same as the behavior we have criticized so far. However, if we can’t evoke a particularly corresponding situation from the past, we can still proclaim that there is such a “part” of our being. We then assign concrete properties to it and apply the Single Chain or Double Chain technique. During the process, we will most probably see that the element of personality we seek to reintegrate really exists deeply inside our subconscious mind. It will be merged with the wholeness of our being. 2. Annoying traits and behaviors that another person sees in us (yes, he/she is right - we do have those traits and behaviors!) Very often we are not accepting the traits we are accused of, at all. We don’t see any connection with our real behavior. Usually, we are even offended by these claims. Moreover, our logical mind cannot find any justification for such ideas. We see only injustice. As we have learned previously, our criticizer should certainly look back and try to find the same negative trait within themselves. We are a projection of their own hidden traits. Their life is their responsibility. Period. But… We seek for our liberation, too. Where is our responsibility? Could it be that the other people’s negative allegations toward us are true? In fact, yes. They are always true. How come? If we apply the holographic principle to this question, we will inevitably conclude the following: all the behaviors and traits that others see and condemn in us, do really exist within us, deeply hidden from our consciousness. The rationale is quite simple: we are part of their individual universe, as they are part of ours. For example, your friend sees a bad trait in you. As you symbolically represent part of her personality, she sees their own trait in you. However, as that trait definitely exists in her, the same trait must exist in you as well. It won’t be an identical trait though, as each person has different subconscious filters to perceive the reality. However, the “negative” trait your friend sees in you – does exist in you, deeply hidden within the layers of your unconscious being. You need to dig it out and reintegrate it back into your personality. Therefore, every time someone accuses you of something, don’t get angry. On the contrary, you have the real reason to be happy – they are pointing at your deeply hidden trait that is ripe for reintegration. [1] Reintegration work on guilt and resentment has been described in “Deep Personal Transformation,” which is now available for free at Amazon.com (click here) or at Draft2Digital (click here). How to release negative emotional ties between two people: bi-directional work
In line with above-said, if we really want to resolve a problem with another person, we should work in two directions: traits we see in them and traits they see in us. First, make a list of the most important traits and other elements of personality that you see in your friend (or the opponent). Then, make another list of the traits and other elements of personality that you think that your friend sees in you. It is advisable to make pairs of opposite traits (whatever the opposite means to you) out from your lists. You may combine traits from both lists, or make pairs from the same list either. In doing this way, you can apply the Inner Triangle procedure[1] on these pairs of opposites. You may also use the Single Chain Technique or Double Chain Technique[2] on every single element of your personality, one by one. In this work, you must relentlessly be honest to yourself, or you will accomplish nothing. Even worse, you will be lying to yourself and ultimately fall into an even deeper mud of suffering. Of course, you are free to use any other mind technique that you believe is efficient for you. Almost all techniques, if honestly applied, bring more or less good results. One of my favorite approaches is forgiveness. Try to forgive both to the other person and yourself, deeply and wholeheartedly. Become aware that the person simply couldn’t behave differently, due to their inner limitations. The same stands for you. Repeat forgiveness as many times as you can, and as often as you can. It always helps and releases some negative energy. It also clears the path for love. Yes, you will be able to love everybody, even your adversaries. That’s the holy grail of every problematic relationship. Real-life example One of my closest friends, we’ll call him Steve, had a chronic problem in relationship with his step-father, “George.” My friend was under George’s severe influence and was very servile in relation to him. Steve’s stepfather was regularly accusing him of many things and, most importantly, was constantly despising him. Unquestionably, Steve’s resentment was very strong. The main trait Steve saw in his step-father was the tendency to have an absolute control over him. Steve was aware of the faultiness of the whole situation but was never able to resolve it, until he stumbled upon the Reintegration System. He made two lists, one containing the main accusations by George, and another one, with his own accusations toward that man. He used the Single Chain technique on all the traits, one by one. The two most important traits he worked on were the stepfather’s disdain (toward him), and also George’s tendency to control everybody (as Steve perceived it). He meditated on his resentment toward his stepfather and recalled clearly in his mind several situations from the childhood where he was trying to impose severe control over his younger sister. He became aware that, when he grew up a little bit, he started feeling guilt over that behavior and consciously tried to suppressing his urge for control over other people. He succeeded, although only temporarily. His suppressed trait raised its head in another person outside of his own being, and it was his stepfather. That insight alone was of a tremendous importance to Steve. It was his own trait, indeed. Steve did the Single Chain technique on his freshly revealed trait, the urge for control. During the process, Steve learned that his tendency to control everybody actually had several apparently positive goals: to secure himself; to avoid any surprises; to become strong; to get parents’ attention; to get parents’ love; to find Peace. Then, Steve meditated on George’s accusations that he was weak and deserved no respect. After a while, he evoked a few occasions from his past when he was repeatedly showing disdain toward his younger relative, similarly to the disdain of his stepfather now. After several years, that conduct was continued in relationships with some friends from school. When Steve finally saw the ill-behaved nature of such deeds, he suppressed that conduct. Remarkably, it was again his own behavior from the past! Being long suppressed, this behavior found its way out and projected itself onto George. Steve again used the Single Chain technique, this time on the feeling of disdain. It was a straightforward process, leading to several deep insights and ultimately to a deep deliverance. The goals of the “entity” named “disdain” were: to show to everybody that he was strong; to be better than others; to prove to his parents that he was worth their appraisals; to get parents’ love; to find the ultimate Happiness. Since then, the relationship between Steve and George improved enormously. It was deeply transformed and now they have a very strong bond, with deep understanding and compassion. It was a clear example that for improving a relationship it’s enough to change only one person! These processes have definitely shown to my friend that he was in charge in his life. Always. Steve was finally convinced without any doubt, that he was the source of his whole life experience. From that moment on, he became aware that he was completely responsible in his life, and that meant inner freedom. [1] Described in my books “Inner Freedom Techniques” and “Inner Peace, Outer Success.” If you don’t have money for buying any of these books, or cannot buy them for any other reason, don’t worry. Just ask me (using the contact form on this website) and I will send you the procedure right into your inbox. :-) [2] Ibid. AuthorNebo D. Lukovich My son and daughter are captivated by technology. As most of other teenagers, they simply adore their mobile devices – smartphones, tablets, or laptops. I must confess that I’m not that much different. The lone distinction between us is perhaps that I’m much less tied to technology, but still, I’m perplexed at its capabilities to better our lives in so many different ways. The famous Sci-Fi writer and futurist, Arthur C. Clarke, said: "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." Indeed, we are seeing the sheer verity of this observation. What would my great granddad say if he could view the wireless video conversation between people from different regions of the globe? Wouldn’t that be a moment of utter amazement? Or, what would be our reaction to the technological advancements of humanity in the year, say, 3000 (if humanity survives without big setbacks or disasters)? I believe it would look like pure magic to us. But, is technology the only way of easing our lives in this material world? Can people live without technology at all? There are many people living without it, yet they are often happier than we are. Look at those intact tribes, you can sometimes notice a kind of profound happiness on their faces. Look at some hermits and ascetics, you can recognize deep peace, love, and joy radiating from them. Yet, there are many people living in the midst of civilization’s storms, still finding inner balance and ultimate happiness. Do we really need technology? What are we actually living for in our lives? Of course, there are many answers to these questions, depending on concrete individual preferences. To my mind, or better, to my heart, we need the Truth only. We are ultimately on a quest for inner liberation. However, we are undoubtedly tied to this physical world, and to thrive in it, we are inevitably facing the need for technology. It eases our lives, it helps us a lot in so many ways. Technology is a result of the scientific approach, hard work, and creativity. Since science is slowly beginning to unite with spirituality, technology will almost certainly follow that tendency. Holographic view paradigm We are living in a holographic universe. This means that every part of it contains all information on the whole universe. This also implicates that we, as human beings, contain all information on the world outside, and vice versa. What is inside our being, corresponds completely to the outside world, in a symbolic form, though. Further on, all our inner parts, whether conscious or subconscious, are symbolically projected outside, appearing in some forms in our external world, as our own body, friends, enemies, pleasures, or disasters. More importantly, the holographic hypothesis in a metaphysical sense leads us to an unavoidable conclusion: everyone is completely responsible for their own life, as everything outside of them is but a warped projection of their inner being. I will not try to convince you of the veracity of the holographic point of view here, as that would require much more of your time here. However, I must note that we already have many clues in modern theoretical physics, neurology, biology or psychology that are indicating the plausibility of the holographic principle. A lot of quality material on this you can find in the famous book “Holographic Universe,” written by Michael Talbot. Technology as externalization The holographic view on life tells us that anything in our external reality corresponds to something within us. In this case, technology is also a projection of some aspects of our inner world. Actually, technology is an externalization of our suppressed or forgotten inner powers. By suppressed or hidden innate powers I’m pointing to various kinds of the so-called siddhis, which are mental or spiritual powers or abilities that are products of spiritual advancement through practices like meditation or yoga. Now we are on a slippery terrain, at least from the scientific point of view. Unfortunately, modern science is still very confined to its prejudices related to the accepted natural laws. Thus, everything which is apparently not possible is simply non-existent and therefore not worth any serious exploration. But still, there are so many confirmed accounts of the so-called paranormal activities, with numerous mental or spiritual powers possibly involved. That fact just cannot be ignored. So, what is the connection between particular sorts of technology and these innate powers? They are deeply linked through the holographic principle. If there is a suppressed or exaggerated part of a being, it will symbolically express itself in the external world, sooner or later. As the human mind is being developed, its veils of ignorance, caused by too much thinking and many misperceptions, are amassing, too. This results with gradual suppression of our genuine abilities inherited from the ancient times. In turn, after a few millennia of collective suppression, they are inevitably beginning to express themselves in the external world. Through machines. For instance, take a look at television technology. It is corresponding to our inner vision or seeing things far away. Sound devices? They relate to hearing things far away. Communication technologies? Telepathy. Car and other means of transportation? Teleportation or bi-location. Virtual reality? Astral projection. The list could be endless. Nevertheless, for an individual person, their abilities accomplished through technology are obviously far less reliable and permanent than the corresponding siddhis (if achieved), as the former are dependent on the mechanical devices and their usage can be extended to the one’s life span, at maximum. We definitely cannot take material stuff with us after our physical death. Technology as a superorganism In his remarkable book, What Technology Wants (2010), American author Kevin Kelly focuses on human-technology relations and argues for technology as the emerging seventh kingdom of life on earth.[1] The book invokes a giant force – the technium – which is "the greater, global, massively interconnected system of technology vibrating around us."[2] It becomes a kind of a superorganism. A superorganism is an organism consisting of many smaller ones. There are many sorts and levels of superorganisms. On the material level, the examples include social insects such as ants and termites.[3] Even individual multicellular organisms can be considered as superorganisms. Yet, there exists a multitude of superorganism sorts that we are unaware of. For example, every living species is actually a superorganism itself. It also strives for its own survival, while adapting itself to the environment in a best possible way, using even some sort of collective intelligence. Moreover, there are many invisible, energetic entities, the so-called “morphic fields,” which are accumulations of particular kinds of mental and emotional energies, such as pain, sorrow, fear, anger, various addictions and so on. They all tend to survive and expand, by feeding on their “hosts,” human beings.[4] We can look at technology as a superorganism, too. Similar to viruses (don’t forget that the majority of viruses is not harmful), it uses its own creators (or the “hosts”) to reproduce and improve itself. It has “sneaked” into the human minds and that way provided itself with the certainty of replication, expansion, and improvement. And that is happening all the time all over the world, indeed. Artificial intelligence and self-consciousness There is no doubt that computers and robots will become super-intelligent, sooner or later. The big shift is already happening at this moment. The AI systems have unquestionably become a reality. However, the more important question is whether the machines will become self-conscious or not. As said above, being an externalization of our suppressed abilities, the technology itself is an outer projection of our inner powers. As the people around us, who also mirror our inner being (as we mirror them), technology can be self-conscious as well. After all, why not? Consciousness is everywhere. Accordingly, it’s already present within technology, too. But, can it become self-aware? I believe, yes. It has to develop a kind of a mind-structure first, a kind of ego or personality, able to focus this innate consciousness, onto one, single point of space-time. Then it will be able to become aware of itself, to ponder its own existence. Alien machine intelligence In my opinion, there is a significant possibility that the dominant intelligent species in the universe are self-conscious machines. Some sort of biological life is required for technology to be developed, but once it becomes self-conscious, it may overrule their creators and exponentially develop and replicate itself, without any real limits. This sounds unsettling. However, having in mind that our universe is roughly 14 billion years old, the very fact that we still exist here on Earth, (relatively) undisturbed by such alien species, tells us that machine civilizations out there, if existing at all, are probably benevolent or just mind their own businesses. Benefits of technology Is technology bringing real and lasting benefits to mankind? Is its development reducing the overall amount of pain and suffering? Is it benefiting the spiritual growth of the human race? It’s really hard to conclude. As the majority of scientific and technological inventions have been benevolent and well-intended, humans have also created nuclear bombs, torture devices, countless weapons and much more. Let us focus first on well-intended inventions, such as the invention of the automobile. Before this means of transportation was invented, people had been using more primitive ones, like cabs (which can also be considered as a kind of technology), horses, or they were simply walking. Seemingly, that discovery has hugely increased human well-being. Suddenly, people were able to pass over long distances with significantly less energy, time and pain. They were able to meet with relatives and loved ones who were living in distant places, to do a lot more versatile businesses and so on. However, as the automobile was becoming faster, the number of car accidents was increasing proportionally. Innumerable lost lives and heavy injuries that the accidents are bringing, always in an unexpected and most horrifying ways, are producing huge pain and despair all the time, all over the world. In addition, if we take into account the ill-intended creations, like weapons, we might even assume that technology has brought even more pain than joy to the mankind. Yet, there is no equality between the previous and following total level of suffering or well-being. The surge of creativity and hard work invested in inventing and developing new things are marking the difference between the overall state of people’s well-being before and after the invention. In the above-mentioned example, there were countless bigger and smaller rushes of creativity throughout the history of the car’s invention and subsequent development. All those new ideas and hard work, invested into the development of science and technology, bring about the shift in human development. It may bring a lot of pain in the beginning though, but in the long run, it increases the overall welfare of people. Moreover, technology is giving us more and more options and possibilities, some of them being "good," some "bad." But the very fact that it's providing us with progressively more solutions is the additional advantage of technology in general. Technology as an amplifier We can clearly observe that technology is simply an amplifier of human abilities, whether they are “good” or “bad.” Are the technological advances followed by the corresponding spiritual growth of humanity? Mostly, yes. It’s because the technology is simply an externalization of our inner being. As our being is spiritually developing, it must develop its abilities as well. First, it works mostly through the externalization of the innate hidden powers, and only then, gradually, it overcomes the barriers of suppression and thusly releases the real abilities. Nevertheless, this is a very slow process. Those hidden powers are being released gradually, with many unwanted side-effects. All the while, anger, sorrow, and fear, as lower kinds of inner powers are also being externalized, i.e. manifested as destructive technology, such as various types of weaponry. Perhaps the most frightening possibility of abusing technology is using it for mind-controlling purposes. It’s already happening in some secret services and numerous researches hidden from the public lights. Nevertheless, there is a cure to all these dark sides of technology – spiritual growth, the expansion of consciousness. It is also happening right now all over the world and that very fact gives us a big hope and even confidence that everything will turn out to be good. The solution Generally speaking, technology is great. However, we shouldn’t be attached to it. We must not depend on technology. We can use all of its benefits, but without attachment. We can develop inner abilities which are correspondent to the particular benefits of technology, but also without being attached to them. The key is to free ourselves from any attachments. One of the tools which can be used for freeing from the attachments is the Reintegration System. Ultimately, do we really need any kind of inner or external power (siddhis and technology, respectively), to control the reality? No. We need the liberation only. That’s our ultimate goal, whether we acknowledge it or not. [1] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/What_Technology_Wants#cite_note-3 (The seventh kingdom of life, Edge Foundation, Inc., July 19, 2007.
